Take a Moment Today...

Today reach out and touch the ones you love .  The ones you don't know or may never meet. 

Reach  out  in  thought and send a wave of love.   If you are in a good place in your life right now. 

Be in gratitude for the love that surrounds you, 

for there are so many that have more or less nothing. 

They struggle just to survive. 

And yet they always seem to have love within them. 

Let us send out into our vast Universe  

Gratitude, Joy, Love.

Let us know the angels will
deliver it to those that are in need . 

As you sit down to your evening
meal.remember you are blessed with abundance .
